Against stiff and strong competition Merlyn Showering’s customer service team won a coveted accolade at the 2016 CCMA (Customer Contact Management Association) Awards held in Dublin earlier this month.
The Merlyn customer contact team won one of the 17 highly prized awards, the Customer Contact Centre of the Year (small), at the prestigious CCMA Awards. The winning team, headed up by Kathy Egan, was praised for “its approach to driving improvements, dedication to its customers and its adoption of technology to provide service and operational excellence”.
Kathy Egan, Customer Service Manager, said of winning the award: “What a tribute! It is a fantastic acknowledgment and achievement for an amazing team that work unbelievably hard. Now, more than ever, we know that excellent customer service is appreciated and valued by our customers. We are absolutely delighted to have received such prominent recognition.”
