Over 600 associates, friends and family from Kohler Mira gathered at Pittville Park in Cheltenham, for a Dragon Boat and Funday Event.
The event was in aid of the company’s 2018 charity, Make-A-Wish UK, and raised over £1,800 for the charity which creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
As well as the Dragon Boat racing on the lake, guests also enjoyed a range of activities and stalls, including face painting, lucky dip and tombola.
Comprised of the Mira Showers, Kohler UK and Rada Controls brands, Kohler Mira has now raised almost £12,000 so far this year for Make-A-Wish UK.
The charity grants wishes to children and young people fighting life-limiting conditions, from starring in their own films, walking with dinosaurs, going on an amazing holiday, meeting a celebrity hero, or having a bedroom makeover.
Liz Hazeldene, Managing Director at Kohler Mira, said: “It was fantastic to see so many people were able to join us at the Dragon Boat event; charity is a huge part of our company ethos, and it’s great so many of our associates embrace the fundraising efforts for the fantastic work at Make-A-Wish UK.”
