
Hive has launched a new rewards programme for professional installers of its smart energy technology.
The company says the initiative has been designed to make installing Hive products easier and more rewarding, while helping installers of eco-tech grow their expertise and provide better support to their customers.
Through the Hive Installer app, installers will receive step-by-step product guidance and training materials, be able to troubleshoot problems and benefit from VIP support via a dedicated phone line. They will also have access to a library of installation guides.
The free-to-join programme will see members earn points every time they install a Hive thermostat or successfully refer customers to a British Gas energy tariff. These points can be exchanged for a choice of gift vouchers, gifts or cash cards. The company says there are plans to roll out more perks in the future.
Installers are enrolled into the Hive Installer Club when they download and register on the Hive Installer app.
