Extended guarantees from Vaillant and Glow-worm

Improvements have been unveiled to the guarantees on the Vaillant domestic boiler portfolio, as well Glow-worm’s Energy range.

Installers who fit a new Energy boiler will now benefit from a seven-year guarantee as standard. For those opting to register their product on Club Energy, using either the website or the App, a host of further benefits are available, including £30 cashback. In a few simple clicks, users can have their Gas Safe Notification completed free along with the Benchmark commissioning form, and confirmation of the guarantee.

The extended guarantees are a further advantage for Club Energy customers, who already have access to a host of benefits including £30 cashback on the Energy range plus the opportunity to gain a place on the Club Energy Weekender trips.

Vaillant
The Vaillant initiative will launch on 1st July. Installers who fit either the ecoTEC pro or ecoFIT pure boilers will now benefit from a free seven-year guarantee when registered using the Vaillant Advance loyalty programme. The ecoTEC plus and ecoTEC exclusive will both come with a 10-year warranty when installed with the new Vaillant boiler protection kit and registered using Advance.

The new Vaillant boiler protection kit supports the installer in achieving best practice in system water quality where maintenance is imperative to ongoing performance throughout the life of the boiler. Poor system water quality is one of the biggest challenges that installers face when maintaining the longevity of the product.

Simple product registration is offered on Vaillant Advance, using either the website or the App. Registering the new boiler guarantee and boiler protection kit takes just a few minutes to ensure the homeowner benefits from the 10-year guarantee and receives confirmation by email and post. A few more clicks and they have the Gas Safe Notification completed free along with the Benchmark commissioning form.

The extended guarantees are a further advantage for Vaillant Advance customers, who already have access to a host of benefits including cash back, credits to purchase Vaillant work wear and to qualify for great incentive trips.
