Leading shower and tap company, Bristan Group, has been named as a top organisation for people management practice, having won the Excellence in Leadership and Management award in the annual Investors in People Awards 2015 – the leading industry event recognising high performance in people management.
The Awards, which received over 400 entries from organisations working in a variety of sectors and locations across the globe, celebrate the best people management practices amongst Investors in People accredited businesses.
The Excellence in Leadership and Management category recognises investment in people to strengthen leadership capability at every level. Tamworth based Bristan Group was shortlisted alongside Lexington, MTN Nigeria and Hanover Housing Association, amongst others. The company was crowned winner at the ceremony in London, in the grounds of the Tower of London, and hosted by comedian Rory Bremner.
Bristan Group was chosen as winner for its outstanding achievements across the whole organisation.
