BigChange has announced a new system that will allow HVAC and plumbing firms to access raw data collected in real-time from field service and fleet operations.
The company says this will allow companies can analyse the data using the latest artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to boost their business performance.
Enabled through a new BigChange Developer Portal, that provides a community forum and documentation for integrators, BigChange customers can take advantage of a new Data as a Service (DaaS) facility to retrieve their raw data.
