The Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC) recently celebrated Quality Plumber Week and hosted a week full of webinars, competitions, social media quizzes and the Quality Plumber Week awards to shine the spotlight on the incredible work of the installers in the Plumbing & Heating industry.
The annual event organised by APHC in partnership with Installer and Premierline Business Insurance Brokers, celebrates the work of installers and champions the vital role that installers play.
Throughout the week Installers were encouraged to share pictures of their quality installations on X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn using the hashtag #QPW25 and prizes were donated by industry suppliers to be awarded at random to some of those who took part. In total, 23 prize bundles were awarded with nearly 100 installers taking part in the social media activity.
In addition to the online social media competitions, APHC has organised five live webinars covering key industry topics including:
– The Importance of Water Testing and How Digital Tools Can Help hosted by Fernox
– Expansion Vessels Explained hosted by Altecnic
– Local Marketing for Plumbing & HVAC Businesses hosted by Fergus
