APHC (Training) Ltd., registered educational charity and sister company to the Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC), have again confirmed their £175 training reward for plumbing and heating companies*.
Plumbing and heating companies can claim the £175 reward and use it towards the cost of a certificated course with a recognised training provider such as BPEC, City & Guilds and all UKAS-approved ACS providers.
The organisation says that the training reward scheme operated each year by APHC (Training) Ltd is an incentive to safeguard the long-term professional development of the industry and ensure training is undertaken.
The £175 training reward is available to all plumbing and heating companies in England and Wales regardless of whether they are members of APHC.
In order to receive the reward companies are required to complete a short application form and send a copy of the training course invoice along with the successful course completion certificate to APHC who, it says, will then pay for the cost of the course, up to £175, straight into the employer’s business bank account.
Danny Roberts, Technical Consultant at the Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC), said: “Ongoing training is a vital part of maintaining high standards within the plumbing and heating sector. By confirming the £175 Training Reward for 2026, we are supporting businesses to continue investing in accredited training that keeps skills current and work practices safe. This initiative is about making professional development more accessible and reinforcing the importance of recognised qualifications across the industry.”
