Navien has expanded its training scheme to new locations across the UK to support installers in developing a deeper understanding of its product offering.
The scheme consists of free nationwide events designed to teach installers about Navien’s HVAC appliances, as well as its energy-saving smart controls.
Gavin Edwards, Training Manager for Navien UK, said: “We have delivered game-changing products to the market since launching in the UK. With these developments supporting our expansion in the UK, we want to make sure that the installers working with our products have a full understanding of how they work and how to get the best performance and efficiency out of them for customers – including our smart control capabilities.
“Maintaining positive relationships with the installer network is vital to us and we are confident that by providing these sessions, installers will have the opportunity to keep their skillsets up to date, in addition to informing them of any recent technological and product developments.”
The one-day sessions are delivered face-to-face at multiple locations across the UK, giving installers the opportunity to attend a nearby session. Locations include Newcastle, Hull, Cardiff, Scotland, Cornwall, Somerset, Lancashire, Guildford, and the Midlands. The company says that there are more locations to come around the UK and Ireland with the scheme due for rapid growth.
