A great year of contract awards for Saniflo in 2016 culminated in a further deal for the company’s Kinedo range of shower cubicles in December.
Off the back of contract success with a number of medium-sized housebuilders, the integrated Kinedo has now been specified by The Log Pod ltd. – a manufacturer of quality wooden and camping pods.
A huge increase in business for the company’s sustained seasoned spruce timber pods is behind the decision to select the Kineprime Glass, an all- in- one cubicle package that is said to not only look great but is easy to install and creates a leak- free shower without any tiles or grout.
Edgar Wallace, Sales Director, says: “The Staycation trend is predicted to increase in the UK over the next few years. We have already benefited from the rise in popularity of luxury camping, glamping and short leisure breaks. This has increased demand for our pods to the extent that we are moving to larger premises in early 2017.
“To improve our production efficiency we have looked at all our processes including the pod’s bathroom. The Kineprime Glass is delivered with integrated glass internal panels, showertray, door and external panels and comes with the shower valve and showerhead as standard, so we save time by buying and taking delivery of the whole shower package. The Saniflo team demonstrated how to erect the cubicle on-site – within a pod – so we will definitely be able to save time on installation too.”
