Professional training with Danfoss

Danfoss is once again offering domestic heating installers the opportunity to improve their skills and profitability with professional training in its heating controls.

Held at venues across the UK, the one-day seminars cover all aspects of domestic central heating techniques, both theory and practice. The latest programme of events is available on the company’s website at www.heating.danfoss.co.uk, together with an easy online booking system.

The venues for 2017 include facilities provided by Danfoss’ professional training partners, local colleges, hotels and golf clubs. Seminars are conducted by an experienced instructor who will guide installers through the various heating systems and demonstrate how these can be controlled more efficiently using Danfoss products, from electronic programmers and thermostats to TRVs and motorised control valves.

Each training day also includes a useful heating controls workshop, which gives installers the chance to gain hands-on experience of wiring and fault finding under expert instruction. Every installer who successfully completes a course will receive a certificate.

By bringing professional training to regional venues, Danfoss believes it makes it easier for busy installers to keep up to date with the latest products and regulations. A spokesperson for the company commented: “Our courses highlight all the new heating control solutions, helping installers stay ahead of the standards and maximise new business opportunities by offering their customers control upgrades that will increase comfort and reduce heating costs. As a further incentive to sign up, members of the Danfoss Elite Installer Loyalty Programme will earn points towards a range of rewards when they attend a course.”
