Firebird and Happy Energy, a major funder of ECO Schemes in the UK, have gone into partnership to supply oil-fired boilers to households on low incomes.
Under the scheme Happy Energy will provide free and grant funded Firebird replacement boilers, together with financial assistance to off-set the cost of the installation. Chosen for their high levels of efficiency and reliability, the manufacturer offers an extensive range of boiler models and outputs for internal, external and boilerhouse applications.
The ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme is an energy-efficiency scheme set up by the Government to help reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty. As part of the scheme, obligated energy suppliers must provide funding to help families on low incomes by working with installers to replace unrepairable or old boilers with more energy-efficient models.
Energy-saving experts Happy Energy, work directly with the energy suppliers to help homeowners, landlords and tenants access the available grants. To apply for a grant, all applicants need to do is contact Happy Energy who will be able to confirm their eligibility.
